1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xbaj platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses its services ("you", "user"). By accessing the xbaj website or mobile version, opening an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and are effective in the Bangladesh market. xbaj is committed to ensuring a safe and fair online gaming environment. Under SSL encryption and fair play principles, we keep the information and transactions of all our members secure.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. Both documents are considered an integral part of these Terms.

1.1 Applicability of the Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services of xbaj, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and other gaming services. Separate terms may apply to specific promotions, but they will be consistent with these core Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on xbaj and use any of its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Our platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Providing a false age at the time of registration is a serious violation and will result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, which includes:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Correct date of birth
• An active mobile number
• A valid email address

If any information changes, you are required to notify xbaj immediately. Providing incorrect or false information may result in failure of account verification and delays in withdrawals.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, xbaj may request identity verification at any time. Particularly for large withdrawal amounts, you may be required to submit documents including a copy of your national identity card or passport. Transactions may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Both allowing someone else to use your account and using someone else's account are violations of these Terms.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. xbaj will take the necessary steps to ensure the security of your account, however xbaj will not be responsible for any loss caused by your own negligence.

3.1 Monitoring of Suspicious Activity

xbaj monitors the activity of all accounts through advanced technology. If any unusual transaction or suspicious pattern is detected, the account will be temporarily suspended and an investigation will be conducted. This monitoring is essential to protect the interests of users.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

xbaj currently accepts deposits through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals are completed via the same method used for the deposit — meaning if you deposited with bKash, you will receive the funds back to bKash.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• The account must be fully verified.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
• Additional verification may be required for security reasons.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

xbaj reserves the right to cancel any transaction due to fraud, chargebacks, or technical issues. In the case of a faulty transaction, we will notify the user and corrective action will be taken where applicable.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xbaj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳18,000 will earn you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Terms of Bonus Use

• Separate terms may apply to each bonus offer.
• Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — details will be stated alongside each offer.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• xbaj reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.

5.4 VIP Program

xbaj's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. VIP tiers are advanced based on continued activity and loyalty. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Results

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it is deemed void due to a technical error. The results of the algorithms and RNG of xbaj's game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi) will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any round or bet remains incomplete due to server outages, connection issues, or software errors, xbaj will resolve the matter in the best possible way. xbaj reserves the right to correct any abnormal or incorrect payout made due to technical reasons.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

In sports betting, the decision of xbaj is final regarding market determination, odds changes, and result verification. If any event is cancelled, bets will be settled according to prevailing industry standards.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus benefits (bonus arbitrage, collusion, etc.).
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to manipulate gaming software or systems.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against xbaj.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the betting system.
• Using unauthorized automated software or bots.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

xbaj firmly believes that gaming is a recreational activity and we are vigilant to ensure it does not become a problem. We provide services only to individuals aged 21 years or older.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbaj platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of xbaj. Using, reproducing, distributing, or publishing this content for any purpose without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

All content and trademarks of game providers are their own property and are protected by the respective companies.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbaj will not be liable for any loss arising from the following causes:

• Internet disconnection or mobile network issues.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or violation of these Terms.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

xbaj always strives to maintain the highest standards of technical security and service, however it is not possible to guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by xbaj

xbaj may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
• Proof of being a minor.
• Legal directive from authorities.
• Account inactive for an extended period (after notice is given).

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. Before closing the account, any pending bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

12 Changes & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to the Terms

xbaj reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled through an arbitration process. The decision of xbaj is final in interpreting and applying these Terms, unless a different decision is reached through a formal arbitration process.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming guidelines together form the complete agreement between xbaj and the user. If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force.
